Description: Ajumma Republic Japchae Sauce 300g.Korean stir-fried sweet potato noodle sauce. Ajumma Republic is the Korean traditional & fusion sauce and condiment brand.
Tuk Tuk Method: How to prepare Japchae? Cook 4oz glass noodles in boiling water and drain. Stir fry 2oz pork marinated in soy sauce, pepper and garlic. Stir fry a small batch of spinach, mushrooms, carrots and onions. Stir fry the glass noodles with 2 tablespoons Ajumma Republic Japchae sauce. Mix all the ingredients together.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
