Description: Hikari Miso Enjuku Koji Miso Soup with Tofu 150g. Mellow paste-type instant miso soup of our No. 1 selling series. “Enjuku Koji Miso” is a refined miso soup based on bonito and kelp stocks for a rich aroma and refreshing savory taste. The series undergoes Hikari Miso’s proprietary no-heating production process to retain the natural and original taste of miso.
Tuk Tuk Method: Empty packets of fresh miso paste and garnish into a bowl or cup. Add hot water and stir thoroughly until the fresh miso paste is dissolved!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
