Description:Japan Centre Shiro Miso White 500g.This white miso paste has been made in Hiroshima, Japan, with natural GM-free soy beans and contains a high percentage of rice resulting in a subtly sweet miso that is great for adding flavour to a range of dishes. White miso is made from soy beans and a high percentage of rice which have been fermented to create a light, slightly sweet tasting paste. White miso is popular in the western regions on Japan such as Kyoto and Osaka.
Tuk Tuk Method:Miso is most famous for miso soup, but has many other uses. Add a spoonful of miso paste to hot dashi stock water to create miso soup. Marinade fish in miso before grilling for an authentic Japanese meal. Mix with soy and dashi stock to create a rich and filling soup base for noodle dishes.
Storage: Keep in fridge. Once opened, refrigerate and consume as quickly as possible.
