Description Lao Gan Ma Chicken Flavour Chilli Oil 280g. LGM or Lao Gan Ma chilli oil is a famous Chinese brand of chilli oil used throughout China. The jar feels like it contains more chillies than oil, filled to the brim with dried chillies for extra flavour and texture.

Tuk Tuk Method: Simply use straight out of the jar and enjoy! Keep a small dish on the table as a condiment with almost any dish – a spoon in a bowl of ramen, or a little on top of silken tofu with sesame and soy for breakfast. The oil makes a great base for hot dipping sauces, served alongside won ton or prawn tempura.
