Description: Maesri Tom Yum Paste (Hot & Sour) 400g. Use Mae Ploy’s paste to make Tom Yum soup, a Thai broth commonly served with seafood and mushrooms. This paste is a perfect blend of lemongrass, chilli, galangal, tamarind and kaffir lime peel, which together create the distinct hot, sour, sweet tom yum flavour. The shrimp paste and fish sauce add extra umami depth.

Tuk Tuk Method: Simply stir the paste into boiling water, add your seafood and/or vegetables, add lime juice and enjoy! One cup of water may be replaced with one cup of coconut milk to get a thick Tom Yum soup.
