Description: Nittaya Massaman Curry Paste 1KG. Use this fragrant, spicy paste to make a classic Thai Massaman curry, with its fragrant spiced sauce of lemongrass and galangal. The Massaman curry has extra richness and warmth from cumin, coriander seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. It can be served with chicken, lamb, beef or veg and often includes peanuts or cashews. 

Tuk Tuk Method: Simply mix the curry paste with coconut cream/milk and add to stir-fried lamb or beef. For a milder flavour, half the portion of the curry paste.

Ingredients: Dried Chilli (20%), Shallot (14%), Garlic (13%), Salt (11%), Spices (Coriander Seed, Dried Cardamom, Dried Mace, Ground Cloves) (9%), Vegetable Oil (Refined Palm Olein) (6%), Coconut Grates (6%), Coconut Milk (5%), Shrimp Paste (Shrimp, Salt) (5%), Lemongrass (5%), Kaffir Lime Peel (3%), Galangal (3%).
