Put water, the flour, and eggs into a bowl and mix them.②HEAT
Heat a Takoyaki maker and add oil to each hole. Fill them up halfway with the batter and add the ingredients. Top up the holes with the batter and bake for about 2 min. Poke the outside of the balls with a skewer and flip over. Keep rotating the balls for about 4 min, until golden brown.③SERVE
Dish up the Takoyaki on a plate and put Otafuku Takoyaki Sauce on top. Add some mayonnaise and green seaweed on top as you like.Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
