Description: Purple Orchid Special Bun Wheat Flour 1kg. A bag of low gluten wheat flour, perfect for processing supreme quality buns and also for high-grade cakes, biscuits, cookies and many more.
Tuk Tuk Method: To make buns: Dissolve sugar and yeast in water, add to flour and stir evenly until the dough is formed. Next, leave the dough for 20 minutes. Press dough with roller into a long-flat shape and roll it to a cylinder-shape. Cut the dough into bun pieces. Finally, once the water is boiled, put the buns into a steamer and cook for 12-15 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
