Quick Summary: You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Most items in original condition can be returned, with some exceptions for perishable and specialty foods.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. Please note that due to the international nature of our shipping (using DHL, FedEx, or EMS), we recommend inspecting your items promptly upon arrival.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unopened and sealed (where applicable)
- In the same condition you received it
- Undamaged with no signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products and for health and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable Foods: Baked Goods, Bakery items, Buns, Bao, Cake
- Opened Food Items: Any food product with broken seals or opened packaging
- Temperature-Sensitive Items: Products that require specific storage conditions
- Alcohol: Due to international shipping regulations
We carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from these categories, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Return/Exchange Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information. You can use the template below:

Items to return/exchange:

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping address for returns
- Any special instructions
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product).
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number.
Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days after arrival):
- For returns: We’ll process your refund
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item
Refund Information
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when the funds appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
What’s Refunded
Your refund will include the cost of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For approved exchanges:
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping time applies (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged items or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs. Photos of the issue are required for these cases.
