All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Regions
We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your location.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange for eligible items.
âš Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and international shipping regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Perishable Foods: Baked Goods, Bakery items, Buns, Bao, Cake
- Opened Food Items: Any product with broken seals or opened packaging
- Temperature-Sensitive Items: Products requiring specific storage conditions
- Alcohol: Due to international shipping regulations
- Bubble Tea & Coconut Drinks: Perishable beverage products
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original packaging
- Unopened and properly sealed
- In the same condition as received
- Undamaged with no signs of use
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Return/Exchange Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product condition
- Your contact information

Step 2: Approval & Shipping Instructions
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping address for returns
- Special instructions if needed
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product).
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number for reference.
Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5-7 business days after arrival):
- For returns: We’ll process your refund
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item
Refund Information
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your payment method:

What’s Refunded
Your refund will include the cost of the returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For approved exchanges:
- We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping time applies (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged items or incorrect products, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs. Photos of the issue are required for these cases.
