Description: Taijade Rice Cooking Wine (Michiu) 600ml (Alcohol: 19.5%). Taijade Rice Cooking Wine is a staple ingredient when cooking Asian cuisine! Rice wine, made from fermented glutinous rice, can be added directly to your dishes whilst cooking or to enhance the flavour of your marinades and sauces! It is also used in stir-fries which are cooked in hot woks to create that special smoky ‘wok hei’ (breath of the wok) flavour.
