Description: Takara Hon Mirin- Sweet Seasoning 13.6%  600ml.

Tuk Tuk Method: Simply use in dishes such as teriyaki for extra flavour, or as a marinade on meat! It gives a mild sweetness to sauces and dishes and is particularly good with grilled foods because the alcohol burns off during cooking, leaving just the sweet taste.
