Description: Tiparos Fish Sauce & Distilled Vinegar Twin Pack (700ml*2 bottles) 1400ml. Sharp-flavoured distilled vinegar (5%), typically used in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine for marinades, sauces and pickle vegetables. Sometimes used to add a sour taste to Pad Thai as an alternative to tamarind for a unique taste. A common table condiment in Thailand and arguably the single, most important flavouring ingredient in Thai cooking. Fish sauce has a distinct smell and is used like salt in western cooking and soy sauce in Chinese cooking.Â
