Tuk Tuk Method: Put one teaspoon (7-8g) of tea leaves into a teapot. Pour hot water at 80°C into the teapot, filling up 70% of the teapot. Without any delay, turn the teapot 3 to 4 times and pour half of the tea out. Turn the teapot 2 to 3 times again and pour the remainder out. (The deeper the green colour, the tastier it is to drink!)
