Description: Yutaka Shaoxing Rice Wine 150ml. Traditional Chinese rice wine that adds aroma and depth of flavour to a variety of dishes.

Tuk Tuk Method: Start your Japanese adventure, to make Drunken Chicken brine (for 500g chicken), mix: 150ml Yutaka Shaoxing Wine, 100ml Chicken Stock, 1tsp sugar and add salt to your taste.
